My professional journey into coaching began as an undergraduate in the university. I always feel uncomfortable when I see people around me not reaching their full potentials due to self-sabotaging mindset and limiting beliefs. I always go out of my way to help them work through the issues and ultimately do away with those limiting beliefs. I began my career as a audit assistant with KPMG, rising through the rank to becoming a Manager and subsequently joined the Government of Jersey as Strategic Finance Business Partner. My experience along the journey propelled me to take coaching and mentoring seriously as I encountered so many brilliant people who struggle to get ahead in their careers, and many leaders struggling to reach their potentials due to limited internal and or external tailored coaching and mentoring support.

Having led and managed people and resources I have a first hand and experiential knowledge of what leadership and leadership development entails, however, in order to deepen my knowledge of the concept of leadership, completed a Master’s degree programme in Leadership and Management at University of York, as well as the Institute of Leadership Management (ILM) Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring.
