Can students prevent online class problems before they grow?
Small problems in an online class can become much harder when students ignore them for several weeks. I once avoided asking about a confusing assignment and later had to spend much more time catching up. While looking at different support options, I came across do my online class and realized that early guidance might be more useful than waiting until everything feels overwhelming.
